These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, and legal framework that apply when you access or use Thirty Key’s website, dashboards, applications, software tools, subscriptions, reseller services, white-label services, integrations, support services, and related digital services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a service, subscribing to a plan, renewing a subscription, paying an invoice, using a payment link, or using any Thirty Key service, you agree to be bound by:

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using Thirty Key immediately.

Definitions

“Service” refers to the Thirty Key platform, website, dashboards, applications, software tools, subscriptions, reseller services, white-label services, integrations, support services, hosting resources, setup services, and related digital services provided by Thirty Key LLC.

This may include products or product lines marketed under Thirty Key, including social media management tools, chatbot tools, CRM tools, automation tools, content scheduling tools, WhatsApp-related tools, reseller software access, white-label setup, and any future related services.

User

“User,” “customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual, business, reseller, agency, partner, organization, team member, representative, or entity that accesses, registers for, purchases, subscribes to, or uses the Service.

Account

“Account” means any user profile, dashboard access, login credentials, subscription access, reseller account, white-label instance, client-facing account, or related access created for you.

Content

“Content” means any information, text, images, videos, files, media, campaigns, messages, posts, templates, contacts, customer records, automations, chatbot flows, branding, business data, or materials uploaded, transmitted, created, processed, stored, connected, or shared through the Service by the User.

Third-Party Platforms

“Third-Party Platforms” means external services, APIs, software providers, hosting providers, payment providers, AI providers, social networks, messaging platforms, communication platforms, integrations, plugins, or tools not owned or controlled by Thirty Key.

User Obligations

Account responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, complete, current, and lawful information when creating an account, purchasing a service, requesting setup, submitting billing details, connecting integrations, or using Thirty Key.

Providing false, incomplete, misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or termination.

Account security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

You must notify Thirty Key immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, payment misuse, security compromise, or suspicious activity.

Thirty Key may suspend, restrict, secure, or review accounts during investigations to protect the platform, users, payment systems, integrations, and service integrity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, agency, reseller, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Business responsibility

Thirty Key provides software tools and digital infrastructure. We do not operate your business, approve your campaigns, verify your customers, guarantee compliance, or take responsibility for how you use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, privacy rules, marketing laws, anti-spam rules, communication rules, platform policies, customer consent requirements, payment rules, and industry regulations.

Usage restrictions

Users must not use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, scams, phishing, malware, harmful links, or deceptive communication.
• Engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, impersonation, intimidation, or illegal activity.
• Upload malware, spyware, ransomware, malicious code, bots, worms, harmful scripts, or exploit tools.
• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, email provider, payment provider, hosting provider, AI provider, or other third-party platform policies.
• Use the Service for prohibited, restricted, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful communication.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, APIs, dashboards, networks, or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, clone, decompile, scrape, extract, resell, redistribute, or exploit the Service outside approved terms.
• Abuse payments, refunds, subscriptions, chargebacks, support channels, system resources, accounts, or platform access.
• Use the Service to compete directly with Thirty Key by copying, cloning, reproducing, or commercially exploiting the Service or its underlying structure without written permission.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Thirty Key or any third-party platform.

Thirty Key may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in illegal conduct, policy violations, harmful activity, payment abuse, security risk, platform risk, reputational risk, or compliance risk.

Fair use and usage limits

What does fair use mean?
Some Thirty Key plans, offers, reseller services, white-label services, lifetime deals, or promotional packages may include high limits, expanded access, or terms such as “unlimited” or similar wording.

Such wording does not allow abuse, excessive usage, spam, unlawful activity, unreasonable infrastructure load, automated misuse, scraping, account sharing, resale outside approved terms, or activity that harms Thirty Key, users, third-party platforms, hosting systems, payment providers, or service stability.

Thirty Key may apply fair use limits, rate limits, account limits, messaging limits, storage limits, automation limits, support limits, API limits, or other technical controls where needed to protect the Service, prevent abuse, maintain performance, comply with third-party platform rules, or manage operational risk.

Thirty Key may restrict, suspend, or review usage that appears excessive, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.

Content restrictions

Users must not upload, send, publish, store, or transmit Content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, abusive, obscene, misleading, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, ownership, permissions, consent, and suitability of all Content used through the Service.

Thirty Key may remove, restrict, disable, block, or refuse Content if we believe it violates these Terms, third-party platform rules, legal requirements, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or creates risk to Thirty Key, users, platforms, or the public.

Compliance Review and Verification

Additional verification

Can Thirty Key request additional verification?

Thirty Key may request additional information, identity verification, business verification, payment verification, domain verification, compliance review, use-case clarification, or technical details before activating, continuing, upgrading, restoring, or providing any Service.

This may apply especially to reseller services, white-label services, high-risk use cases, suspicious activity, payment risk, chargeback risk, third-party platform risk, compliance risk, or security concerns.

Thirty Key may delay, restrict, refuse, suspend, or terminate access if the requested verification is not provided, is incomplete, appears false, creates risk, or fails our internal review.

Passing a review once does not guarantee continued access if future activity creates legal, payment, compliance, security, platform, reputational, or operational risk.

Third-Party Platforms and Linked Services

Platform dependency

Some Thirty Key services may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, software vendors, hosting providers, payment providers, AI providers, social networks, messaging platforms, communication platforms, or external systems.

These platforms may include, without limitation, WhatsApp, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, email providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and AI providers.

These Third-Party Platforms independently control their own services, APIs, approvals, limits, bans, reviews, suspensions, policies, account access, and enforcement decisions.

Thirty Key cannot guarantee, reverse, prevent, or influence third-party platform enforcement actions, including bans, blocks, restrictions, rejected integrations, account reviews, API limits, discontinued features, pricing changes, access changes, or policy decisions.

Linked services

The Service may allow you to connect, authorize, or use Third-Party Platforms or linked services.

By connecting a Third-Party Platform, you agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing and following that platform’s terms and policies.
• The platform may collect, process, store, restrict, or remove data under its own policies.
• Some features may stop working if the third-party platform changes its API, rules, permissions, pricing, or access requirements.
• You may need to reconnect accounts, refresh tokens, verify credentials, update permissions, or reauthorize integrations.
• Thirty Key is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platform changes or user failure to maintain connected credentials.

Using Third-Party Platforms through Thirty Key is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those platforms.

Service Changes and Feature Availability

Feature, app, bonus, and integration changes

Can features, apps, bonuses, or integrations change?

Thirty Key may update, replace, limit, suspend, remove, discontinue, or modify any feature, tool, app, bonus, integration, plan, package, offer, limit, workflow, dashboard, module, or service at any time.

Some features may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, software vendors, hosting providers, payment providers, AI providers, social networks, messaging platforms, or other external systems.

If a third-party provider changes, limits, suspends, discontinues, updates, or modifies its service, API, pricing, policies, permissions, or technical requirements, certain Thirty Key features may become limited, unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued.

Thirty Key does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific feature, integration, third-party service, bonus, app, or tool unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Changes to features, integrations, bonuses, third-party services, or technical availability do not automatically create refund eligibility.

Payments, Pricing, and Billing

General payment terms

All prices, fees, plans, subscriptions, setup fees, one-time payments, lifetime deals, reseller plans, white-label plans, custom packages, promotional offers, and renewal terms may vary by offer.

Thirty Key may update prices, plan names, features, limits, offers, and fees at any time.

Before purchasing, users are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, price, billing cycle, included features, usage limits, setup fees, renewal terms, and applicable policies.

Payment authorization

By submitting a payment, placing an order, starting a subscription, paying an invoice, using a payment link, or providing billing information, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.

If you use a payment method owned by another person, company, cardholder, wallet owner, bank account owner, or organization, you confirm that you have full permission from the lawful owner.

You are solely responsible for any claims, disputes, chargebacks, reversals, penalties, fees, losses, or damages resulting from unauthorized, disputed, fraudulent, incorrect, or unlawful payment use.

Thirty Key may refuse, delay, suspend, or terminate access if we believe a payment creates payment risk, fraud risk, compliance risk, chargeback risk, or operational risk.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, cancelled, delayed, or remains unpaid, Thirty Key may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to the affected account, subscription, reseller access, white-label instance, support, integrations, or related services.

Reactivation is not guaranteed and may require payment of outstanding balances, current pricing, payment verification, identity verification, compliance review, or additional approval.

Promotions, Discounts, Affiliate, and Partner Benefits

Promotional and partner benefits

Can promotions or partner benefits change?

Thirty Key may offer discounts, coupons, founder offers, lifetime offers, promotional packages, affiliate rewards, referral rewards, partner benefits, reseller incentives, special pricing, or limited-time offers.

These offers may be modified, limited, paused, reviewed, rejected, or discontinued at any time unless expressly agreed in a signed written agreement.

Promotional benefits, discounts, rewards, commissions, bonuses, or partner benefits may be denied, withheld, reversed, reduced, delayed, or cancelled if Thirty Key detects or suspects fraud, abuse, self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, coupon abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, misleading promotion, policy violations, prohibited traffic sources, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.

Users, affiliates, partners, resellers, and promoters may not make false income claims, guaranteed profit claims, misleading scarcity claims, unauthorized discount promises, unauthorized refund promises, or misleading business opportunity claims related to Thirty Key.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscription billing

Some services may include recurring subscription billing. Subscription terms, billing cycles, renewal dates, and cancellation options may vary depending on the selected plan, checkout system, payment method, billing provider, or written agreement.

You are responsible for monitoring your renewal date and cancelling before the next billing date if you do not want the Service to renew.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date by accessing your account and going to: 

My Account > My Subscriptions > View > Cancel

If online cancellation is not available for your payment method, account type, billing method, or subscription status, you must contact support before the renewal date.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create refund eligibility.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

Refund terms

Refunds are governed by Thirty Key Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because Thirty Key provides digital software access, SaaS tools, reseller access, white-label setup, hosting resources, licensing access, onboarding, configuration, support time, and manual setup work, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, the service has been activated, setup work has started, resources have been allocated, or digital delivery has begun.

Customer Cooperation

Required cooperation

Some services require customer cooperation to complete setup, activation, onboarding, domain configuration, branding, DNS changes, integration connection, approval steps, or technical delivery.

You are responsible for providing required information, files, credentials, permissions, approvals, domain access, branding assets, DNS settings, and timely responses needed to deliver the Service.

If Thirty Key cannot deliver or complete a service because of your delay, lack of cooperation, incorrect information, missing access, refusal to provide required details, technical limitations on your side, or third-party restrictions, this does not automatically create refund eligibility.

White-Label, Reseller, Agency, and Partner Services

White-label and reseller access

Thirty Key may provide white-label access, reseller accounts, agency accounts, branded dashboards, private instances, reseller software access, client-facing access, software provisioning, hosting resources, domain setup, branding configuration, or related business enablement services.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, you receive a limited right to access and use the Service. You do not receive ownership of the software, source code, infrastructure, systems, intellectual property, licenses, or underlying technology.

Reseller responsibility

If you operate as a reseller, agency, partner, white-label provider, promoter, or affiliate, you are solely responsible for your own business operations, customers, marketing, pricing, taxes, promises, refunds, support, onboarding, legal compliance, sales claims, and customer relationships.

You are responsible for maintaining your own:

• Privacy Policy
• Refund Policy
• Customer notices
• Consent records
• Billing policy
• Support policy
• Data processing notices
• Marketing compliance
• Messaging compliance
• Legal and tax obligations

You may not make promises to your customers that conflict with Thirty Key’s Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, plan limits, technical limits, third-party platform policies, or service availability.

Thirty Key does not guarantee that any reseller, agency, partner, affiliate, or white-label customer will generate revenue, profit, leads, sales, approvals, followers, engagement, customers, or business growth.

Reseller licensing and lawful tools

If you use Thirty Key as part of a reseller, white-label, agency, or partner business, you are responsible for ensuring that any external software, tools, scripts, applications, domains, media, content, integrations, or services you connect or use are lawfully obtained and properly licensed.

Thirty Key is not responsible for your use of unauthorized, unlicensed, infringing, illegal, or improperly obtained third-party tools, content, applications, or software.

You are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses, penalties, legal issues, or third-party disputes caused by your use of unauthorized or unlicensed materials.

No partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship

Does reseller or partner access create a legal partnership?

No. Unless expressly agreed in a signed written agreement by Thirty Key, use of reseller access, white-label access, affiliate links, referral rewards, partner benefits, promotional offers, or agency tools does not create an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency relationship, representative authority, ownership interest, or official business partnership with Thirty Key.

Users may not claim or imply that they are owners, employees, legal agents, official representatives, certified partners, exclusive partners, investors, co-founders, or authorized spokespersons of Thirty Key unless expressly approved in writing.

Each reseller, agency, affiliate, partner, or promoter is solely responsible for their own business, customers, taxes, claims, promises, refunds, support, compliance, and legal obligations.

You may not claim that you developed, own, created, control, or operate the underlying Thirty Key software, source code, infrastructure, or systems unless expressly authorized in writing.

User Content

Ownership of content

You retain ownership of your Content.

By uploading, creating, connecting, sending, storing, or processing Content through the Service, you grant Thirty Key a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, process, transmit, display, store, back up, troubleshoot, monitor, and use such Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service, or as required by law.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority required to use, upload, process, publish, send, or store your Content through the Service.

Content monitoring

Thirty Key has no obligation to review, edit, approve, verify, or monitor all User Content.

However, Thirty Key may review, monitor, remove, restrict, block, disable, or preserve Content when we believe it is necessary for operational, legal, security, compliance, support, product, abuse-prevention, or platform-integrity purposes.

Monitoring Content does not mean Thirty Key approves, verifies, endorses, or accepts responsibility for the origin, legality, accuracy, ownership, or authenticity of such Content.

Users remain solely responsible for their Content and the consequences of using it.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All platform materials, including software, dashboards, website content, text, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, workflows, templates, configurations, systems, technology, documentation, brand assets, and related materials are owned by Thirty Key or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, extraction, reproduction, cloning, or exploitation is prohibited.

License to use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful business purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable plan, offer, or written agreement.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, infrastructure, intellectual property, data systems, hosting resources, or underlying technology.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, recommendations, or feature suggestions, Thirty Key may use them without restriction, payment, ownership claim, or obligation to you.

Trademarks

Thirty Key names, logos, branding, product names, service marks, and related brand assets are protected.

Users may not use Thirty Key branding in a misleading, unauthorized, harmful, or confusing way without prior written permission.

Privacy Policy

Data handling

Your privacy and data handling are governed by Thirty Key’s Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any customer data, contact lists, messages, files, campaigns, or business data uploaded to the Service are collected and used lawfully, with proper permission and consent where required.

Service Availability and Backups

Availability

Thirty Key aims to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time or free from interruptions, delays, errors, downtime, data issues, or technical problems.

The Service may be interrupted, delayed, limited, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, hosting issues, third-party outages, API changes, platform restrictions, security controls, payment issues, legal requirements, abuse prevention, or events beyond our control.

Thirty Key is not liable for losses caused by downtime, interruptions, delays, service changes, unavailable features, failed integrations, missed campaigns, lost business, lost revenue, or operational disruption.

Backups

Thirty Key may maintain backups or recovery systems depending on the service, plan, and technical availability.

Backups are a risk-reduction measure, not a guarantee of full recovery.

In the event of data loss, we may attempt to restore data from available backups where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee that any lost, deleted, corrupted, overwritten, or unavailable data can be recovered.

Users are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important business data, customer records, exports, files, credentials, and campaign information.

Data Export Before Cancellation or Termination

User responsibility for export

Who is responsible for exporting data?

Users are responsible for exporting, saving, or backing up any important business data, customer records, contact lists, campaign data, files, reports, credentials, settings, or Content before cancelling a subscription, closing an account, allowing a subscription to expire, or losing access due to failed payment, chargeback, suspension, or termination.

After cancellation, expiration, suspension, chargeback, unpaid status, or termination, access to accounts, dashboards, data, exports, integrations, reseller features, white-label instances, or support may be limited, disabled, deleted, or unavailable.

Thirty Key is not responsible for losses caused by failure to export data before cancellation, suspension, termination, failed payment, chargeback, expired subscription, or account closure.

Where technically possible and legally permitted, Thirty Key may assist with data access or export requests, but such assistance is not guaranteed and may depend on account status, technical availability, security requirements, payment status, and applicable law.

AI Features

AI-assisted tools

Some Thirty Key services may include AI-powered features such as content generation, automated replies, chatbot assistance, summaries, translations, suggestions, campaign ideas, or data processing.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, misleading, or unsuitable for your business or legal requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, approving, and legally clearing any AI-generated output before using, sending, publishing, or relying on it.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data, passwords, government identification numbers, confidential information, or highly sensitive data into AI features unless the feature is clearly designed and authorized for that purpose.

Support Scope and Response Times

Included support

What support is included?

Thirty Key may provide support through email, chat, tickets, documentation, calls, or other available channels depending on the plan, service type, support availability, and account status.

Support may include general guidance, account assistance, billing help, setup guidance, troubleshooting, documentation, and reasonable technical review.

Support does not include unlimited custom development, custom coding, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, business consulting, campaign approval, third-party account recovery, guaranteed platform approval, guaranteed integration approval, or work outside the purchased plan unless expressly agreed in writing.

Thirty Key aims to respond to support requests within a reasonable time, but response times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement or specific support plan.

Support may be limited, delayed, or refused for unpaid, suspended, disputed, abusive, fraudulent, non-compliant, or high-risk accounts.

Termination

User termination

You may stop using the Service or request account termination by contacting Thirty Key support.

Termination does not automatically create refund eligibility. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You remain responsible for any unpaid balances, chargebacks, disputes, fees, or obligations incurred before termination.

Thirty Key termination rights

Thirty Key may suspend, restrict, disable, downgrade, or terminate access without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Payment fails, is reversed, disputed, charged back, delayed, or remains unpaid.
• Illegal, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or suspicious activity occurs.
• Platform security, compliance, payment, reputation, or operational risk is created.
• Third-party platform policies are violated.
• System resources, subscriptions, refunds, support channels, or integrations are abused.
• Continued access may harm Thirty Key, users, third-party platforms, payment providers, or the public.

Termination decisions are made to protect security, compliance, service integrity, payment systems, users, platforms, and Thirty Key’s business.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately and you must stop using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirty Key, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profit, opportunity, customers, goodwill, or data
• Business interruption or operational impact
• Inability to use the Service
• Missed campaigns, failed automations, or lost messages
• Data loss, corrupted data, or failed backups
• Unauthorized access caused by user error or credential compromise
• Third-party platform enforcement actions, including bans, blocks, restrictions, rejected integrations, API limits, or account reviews
• Payment provider decisions, chargebacks, failed payments, disputes, or billing issues
• Hosting failures, external outages, or API changes

Users acknowledge that they are fully responsible for business decisions, customer relationships, messaging practices, campaign activity, reseller activity, and use of the Service.

Thirty Key does not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, customers, approvals, followers, engagement, campaign results, message delivery, platform approval, or business growth.

Indemnification

User responsibility for claims

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thirty Key, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fees, costs, expenses, or demands arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of third-party platform policies
• Your Content
• Your customers, team members, contractors, users, or end users
• Your messaging, campaigns, automations, reselling, or white-label activity
• Your payment disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized payments, or billing issues
• Your promises, representations, refunds, support, or business claims to third parties

Thirty Key may control the defense of any claim involving us, and you agree to cooperate with us as reasonably required.

Disclaimers

No warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirty Key does not provide warranties, guarantees, compensation, refunds, repairs, or service replacements except where expressly stated in writing or required by law.

Thirty Key does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, accurate, reliable, free of harmful code, compatible with every third-party platform, or permanently available.

Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.

Electronic Communications

Consent to electronic notices

You agree that communications between you and Thirty Key may be conducted electronically.

This may include emails, dashboard notices, account messages, invoices, payment notices, support messages, legal notices, policy updates, renewal notices, security alerts, or messages through available communication platforms.

For contractual purposes, you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would meet if they were provided in writing on paper, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and monitoring your email, account area, and support channels.

Governing Law

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
