How do I join the Custom Solution call?
After purchasing your call, you’ll receive a Google Calendar invite via email, scheduled for the date and time you selected. Once the expert confirms the call, a Google Meet link will appear in the calendar event, and you can join from there.
What happens during the call?
An expert will discuss your specific needs, offer a tailored solution, and provide an estimated quote for implementing it.
Can I reschedule the call?
No, rescheduling is not allowed. Even if you change the date in the calendar, the expert will only be available at the time and date you originally selected when booking. Please note, there’s a 15-minute grace period if you’re running late.
